Parking
The clinic is located on SW 1st Ave at the corner of Taylor Street in downtown Portland. On-street metered parking is available. If you cannot find on-street parking we will validate for the Smart Park or City Center garages.

Payment Policy
Payment is due in full at the time of visit. Bambú Clinic accepts cash, checks, Visa, or Mastercard.

Cancellation Policy
Patients who do not cancel their appointment within 24 hours will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee.

Insurance Coverage
Bambu Clinic does not contract with any insurance companies at this time. You are welcome to bill for out-of-network services if you have such coverage with your plan, we will provide you with the necessary codes to do so.
