FROM THE WEST: Highway 26
Head east on Highway 26. Stay in the middle lane through the tunnel and exit onto SW Market Street toward the City Center. Turn left on 4th Avenue. Turn right at SW Salmon Street. Turn left at SW 1st Ave. The clinic is located approximately one block ahead on the right.

FROM THE EAST: I-84
Head west on I-84. Take the I-5 S exit toward Beaverton/Salem. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for City Center and merge onto the Morrison Bridge. Merge onto SW Front Ave/Naito Parkway toward Salem/I-5 S. Take a right on Morrison Street and a left at SW 1st Ave. The clinic is located approximately one block ahead on the left.

FROM THE EAST: Highway 26/Powell Boulevard
Head west on Powell Blvd/Highway 26 and cross the Ross Island Bridge. At the end of the bridge take the US-26 ramp toward City Center/I-5 S. Follow the road as it curves around (a slight right at SW Corbett Ave/Us-26 and then to the left at SW Kelly Ave). Stay in the right lane and exit onto SW Front Ave/Sw Naito Parkway toward City Center. Turn left at SW Taylor Street. Turn right at SW 1st Ave. The clinic is located at the corner of 1st and Taylor on the right.

FROM THE NORTH: I-5
Head south on I-5. Take exit 300B for OR-99E toward US-26 E/OMSI/Oregon City. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for City Center and merge onto the Morrison Bridge. Merge onto SW Front Ave/Naito Parkway toward Salem/I-5 S. Take a right on Morrison Street and a left at SW 1st Ave. The clinic is located approximately one block ahead on the left.

FROM THE SOUTH: I-5
Head north on I-5. Take exit 299B on the left for I-405 toward Beaverton/US-26 W/City Center. Take exit 1A on the left toward Naito Parkway. Merge onto SW Harbor Drive. Turn right at SW Naito Parkway. Turn left at SW Taylor Street. Turn right at SW 1st Ave. The clinic is located at the corner of 1st and Taylor on the right.
