What is happening?
Bambu Clinic’s downtown location is closing. Our amazing group of practitioners will continue to collaborate and share patients with each other, but we will no longer practice under the same roof.
After 12 years, Dr. Krisko has decided to simplify. This decision precipitated a conversation about the future of the clinic and all of your beloved practitioners have decided to follow suit and make their practice simpler and more efficient.
When will the 1st Avenue clinic close?
The practitioners will see their last patients at this location on January 31st.
Will my provider continue to see patients after Bambu Clinic moves?
Yes, while we are breaking up the team, all of the practitioners are planning to continue to practice.
How can I contact my practitioner going forward?
You may have already heard from your practitioner directly. If not, she will be sending you information in the coming weeks. To the best of our knowledge, we have listed your practitioner’s contact info below. Also, the Bambu Clinic website will remain active as well as its phone number, so if you have any questions, please reach out to us to find your practitioner or to get the information you need.

What will happen to my medical records? How do I transfer them or get access to them in the future?
Your Charm portal will remain active and you will have access to your records through that portal indefinitely. Dr. Krisko will continue to maintain an active Charm account including all of your historical records for at least ten years. However, the other doctors will no longer be accessible through the Bambu Clinic Charm account. They may be initiating their own Charm account going forward or they may be choosing to use a different electronic health records system. If that is the case, your future records and communications with your practitioner will be through that new portal in the future. Your practitioner will likely transfer your records to her new health records account on your behalf.
How should I refill my supplement prescriptions if my provider is not established in their new practice immediately after Bambu Clinic moves?
Please contact your practitioner first, if you need a prescription or supplement refill. If you are unable to contact her at her new location, you can reach out to Bambu Clinic by phone for help.

We want to assure our patients that the continuity of your care is our primary concern during this period of transition. Your practitioner will continue to be available to you in the same way, providing the same services, and accepting the same insurance plans. The only change will be where you drive to see her (and easier parking!). Concerning your access to supplements, you can continue to get them from your practitioner at her new location, or she may have set up an online dispensary to make reordering more convenient. Those details will be shared with you by your practitioner.
